marks), the letters immediately afterwards are
written in lower case.
To change a letter from upper case to lower
case or vice versa press

3. Letters (alphabetical)
4. Other characters
To bypass the alphabetical sequence of entries in the
directory, enter a blank before the name. This entry
then goes to the start of the directory (for example,
" Karla").
