    Functions with OpenCount OpenCount is a software package used for the call logging management on the communication system. The application can be integrated into your Mitel commu- nication system and enables the logging, the administration, and the analysis of all call and connection data.

    Mitel Alarm Server is used. A patient needs help and presses the alarm button. The Mitel Alarm Server sends a visual (e.g. “Alarm Room 20”) and during 10 seconds also an acoustic alarm signalling to the responsible nursing staff's phone.
