Measure the voltage at CNCCB pin 9(YSC) and pin 10(XSC).
The voltage of pin 9 varies from +1.2V to +2.1V by adjusting V.S.CONVER.
The voltage of pin 10 varies from +1.2V to +2.1V by adjusting H.S.CONVER.

Check the output voltage of IC8U1 (digital convergence IC)
Measure the voltage at pin3 of and pin5 of IC8W2.
Normally, those voltages are approx. 2.5V.

Measure the voltage of pin 1 and pin 7 at IC8P2.
The voltage of pin 1 at IC8P2 varies from -0.8V to +0.8V by adjusting V.S.CONVER.
The voltage of pin 7 at IC8P2 varies from -0.7V to +0.7V by adjusting H.S.CONVER.
