Number of connected minutes considered a recovery
This is the number of minutes after communications is restored between the
HMC and the managed system that you want the HMC to wait before
considering a recovery successful.
Note: The recommended time is two minutes.
Number of minutes between outages considered a new incident
This is the number of minutes after communication is restored that you want
the HMC to wait before considering another outage a new incident.
(Figure 8-31).
Note: The recommended time is 20 minutes
