1 Übersicht der Bedienelemente und
Anschlüsse
1.1 Frontseite
1 Lautstärkeregler, jeweils für den linken (L-CH)
und den rechten (R-CH) Kanal;
im Parallel- und im Brückenbetrieb hat der rechte
Regler keine Funktion
2 LEDs PROTECT, jeweils für den linken und den
rechten Kanal:
leuchtet bei aktivierter Schutzschaltung des
Ka nals: wenige Sekunden lang nach dem
Einschalten bis zur Freischaltung des Kanal-
ausgangs und wenn die Schutzschaltung den
Ausgang im Fehlerfall abgeschaltet hat
3 LEDs CLIP, jeweils für den linken und den rech-
ten Kanal:
leuchtet bei Übersteuerung des Kanals und
bei Kurzschluss des Kanalausgangs
4 Ein-/Ausschalter POWER
5 LED BRIDGE leuchtet, wenn der Schalter für die
Betriebsart (13) in der Position BR steht
6 Betriebsanzeigen ON
7 LED PARALLEL leuchtet, wenn der Schalter für
die Betriebsart (13) in der Position PAR steht

8 Netzbuchse zum Anschluss an eine Steckdose
(230 V~/50 Hz) über das beiliegende Netzkabel
9 Sicherungshalter; eine durchgebrannte Siche-
rung nur durch eine gleichen Typs ersetzen
10 Lautsprecheranschlüsse als SPEAKER-Buchsen
(L-CH = linker Kanal, R-CH = rechter Ka nal)

1 Operating Elements and Connections
1.1 Front side
1 Volume controls, for the left channel (L-CH) and
the right channel (R-CH) respectively;
in parallel operation and in bridge operation the
right control has no function
2 LEDs PROTECT, for the left channel and the
right channel respectively:
lights up with activated protective circuit of the
channel: a few seconds after switching on
until the channel output is ready for operation
and when the protective circuit has switched
off the output in case of error
3 LEDs CLIP, for the left channel and the right
channel respectively:
lights up with overload of the channel and in
case of short circuit of the channel output
4 POWER switch
5 LED BRIDGE lights up if the switch for the oper-
ating mode (13) is in position BR
6 Power LEDs ON
7 LED PARALLEL lights up if the switch for the
operating mode (13) is in position PAR
1.2 Rear side
8 Mains jack for connection to a mains socket
(230 V~/50 Hz) via the supplied mains cable
9 Fuse holder; only replace a blown fuse by one of
the same type
10 Speaker connections as SPEAKER jacks
(L-CH = left channel, R-CH = right channel)
11 Speaker connections as screw terminals with
4 mm banana jacks

nur an den linken Kanal anschließen
2 Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch
Das Gerät entspricht allen erforderlichen Richt linien
der EU und ist deshalb mit gekennzeichnet.
WARNUNG Das Gerät wird mit lebens ge fähr -
licher Netzspannung (230 V~) ver-
sorgt. Neh men Sie deshalb niemals
selbst Eingriffe am Gerät vor und ste -
cken Sie nichts durch die Lüftungs öff -
nungen! Es be steht die Gefahr eines
elektrischen Schlages.
Im Betrieb liegt an den Lautsprecher anschluss -
klemmen (11) be rüh rungs ge fähr liche Span nung
an! Alle An schlüsse nur bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät
vornehmen.
Beachten Sie auch unbedingt die folgenden Punkte:

Das Gerät ist nur zur Verwendung im Innen be -
reich geeignet. Schützen Sie es vor Tropf- und
Spritz wasser, hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und Hit ze
(zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C).

Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Gefäße,
z. B. Trinkgläser, auf das Gerät.

14 Balanced inputs as XLR and 6.3 mm jacks, for

(R-CH) respectively, for connection of the signal
source, e. g. mixer, preamplifier;
in case of parallel and bridge operation only
connect the signal source to the left channel
2 Safety Notes
The unit corresponds to all required directives of the
EU and is therefore marked with
WARNING The unit is supplied with hazardous
mains voltage (230 V~). Leave servic -
ing to skilled personnel only. Never in -
sert anything through the air vents!
Inexpert handling or modification of the
unit may cause an electric shock
hazard.
There is a hazard of contact at the speaker
connections (11) with a dangerous voltage during
operation! All connections must only be carried out
or changed with the unit switched off.
It is essential to observe the following items:

The unit is suitable for indoor use only. Protect it
against dripping water and splash water, high air
humidity, and heat (admissible ambient tempera-
ture range 0 – 40 °C).
G
Do not place any vessels filled with liquid, e. g.
drinking glasses, on the unit.
G
Die in dem Gerät entstehende Wärme muss durch
Luftzirkulation abgegeben werden. Decken sie
da rum die Lüftungsöffnungen des Gehäuses nicht
ab.

Nehmen Sie das Gerät nicht in Betrieb und zie hen
Sie sofort den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose:
1. wenn sichtbare Schäden am Gerät oder an der
Netz anschlussleitung vor handen sind,
2. wenn nach einem Sturz oder Ähnlichem der
Verdacht auf einen Defekt besteht,
3. wenn Funktionsstörungen auftreten.
Lassen Sie das Gerät in jedem Fall in einer Fach-
werkstatt reparieren.

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nie am Kabel aus der
Steckdose, fassen Sie immer am Stecker an.

Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen nur ein trockenes,
weiches Tuch, niemals Wasser oder Chemikalien.

Wird das Gerät zweckentfremdet, nicht richtig
angeschlossen, falsch be dient oder nicht fach -
gerecht re pa riert, kann keine Haftung für daraus
re sul tierende Sach- oder Personenschäden und
keine Garantie für das Gerät übernommen wer-
den.
Soll das Gerät endgültig aus dem Betrieb
ge nom men werden, übergeben Sie es zur
umweltgerechten Entsorgung ei nem örtli-
chen Re cyc ling be trieb.
3 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Dieser Stereo-PA-Verstärker mit drei einstellbaren
Betriebsarten ist speziell für den Einsatz auf der
Bühne und in der Disco konzipiert. Umfangreiche
Schutzschaltungen schützen den Verstärker und die
angeschlossenen Lautsprecher.
4 Aufstellmöglichkeiten
Der Verstärker ist für den Einschub in ein Rack
(482 mm/19") vorgesehen, kann aber auch als
Tischgerät verwendet werden. In jedem Fall muss

1. there is visible damage to the unit or to the

The unit must in any case be repaired by skilled
personnel.

Never pull the mains cable to disconnect the
mains plug from the mains socket, always seize
the plug.

For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, by no
means chemicals or water.

No guarantee claims for the unit and no liability for
any resulting personal damage or material dam-
age will be accepted if the unit is used for other
purposes than originally intended, if it is not cor-

rectly connected, operated, or not repaired in an
expert way.

The wires in the mains lead are coloured in ac cor d -
ance with the follow ing code:
green/yellow = earth
blue = neutral
brown = live
As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this
appliance may not correspond with the coloured
markings identifying the terminals in your plug,
proceed as follows:
1. The wire which is coloured green and yellow
must be con nected to the terminal in the plug
which is mark ed with the letter E or by the earth
symbol
low.
2. The wire which is coloured blue must be con -
nected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter N or coloured black.
