For manual control models proceed as follows :-
2.2.1 Remove the two screws at the bottom of the control panel. See figure 4
below.

2.2.2 The base of the burner unit can now be lifted, lift the two retaining
tabs on the burner brackets from the back of the firebox, allowing
the burner to be removed. See figure 5 below.
