To send present call to
another extension or
outside number
1 Press
 Transfer 
Present call put on hold and you are given a new call
appearance
2 Dial extension or number to which the call is to be
transferred
Remain on the line and announce call if desired; if no
answer or number dialed is busy, return to held call
by pressing its call appearance
3 Press
again
 Transfer 
Call is sent to dialed extension or number
4 Hang up or press
 Drop 
[dial tone]
[ringback tone]
