Stopping the Engine

CAUTION
Children or bystanders can be injured if they
move or attempt to operate the machine while it is
unattended.
Always remove the ignition key and set the parking
brake when leaving the machine unattended, even
if just for a few minutes.

Operating the Mower
Blade-Control Switch (PTO)
The blade-control switch (PTO) starts and stops the mower
blades and any powered attachments.
Engaging the Blade-Control Switch
(PTO)
Engage the blade-control switch (PTO) with the throttle
position at Fast.
Note: Engaging the blade-control switch (PTO) with the
throttle position at half or less will cause excessive wear to
the drive belts.
