Fans run, no lamp

Some fans, no lamp.
Note: With an open thermal switch, lamp comes on,
then goes out, and fans run at full speed.
Note: All fans are sensed to detect if they are running.
If one is not running the others will run at full speed and the
lamp will not come on.
For any fan not visible, sub a fan into the connector.
Remove the lamp and check it for rupture, cracks, or bulges.
If there are no visible problems, lamp is almost always good.
Or sub a known good lamp.
If lamp looks good or the know good lamp does not light,
continue to the next step.
