4 Do one of the following:
Replace the entire assembly
—Or—
Remove the two M3x30 self-tapping Phillips screws that fasten the exhaust fan to the duct. Then
separate the two parts.
Assembly Notes

If you are replacing only the exhaust fan, make sure the label in the center of the fan faces the duct.
Make sure the cable emerges as it does in the illustration in step 4 above.

When you replace the assembly, be sure you route the cables properly. See step 2 above for
information.
