Selecting the Color Mode

The following six preset color modes are available for use depending on the
characteristics of the images that are being projected. You can easily obtain the
optimum image quality simply by selecting the color mode that corresponds to
the projected images. The brightness of the images will vary depending on
which color mode is selected.
Mode
sRGB
Normal
Meeting
Presentation
Theatre
Game
Procedure
The color mode changes as follows
each time the [Color Mode] button on
the remote control is pressed.
Normal → Meeting → Presentation →
Theatre → Game → sRGB ...
The current setting appears on the screen each
time the setting is changed.
The default color mode setting is "Normal"
when computer image signals are being input,
and "Theatre" when component video
video signals are being input.
Tip :
The color mode can also be set using the "Color Mode" item in the "Video" menu.

Images conform to the sRGB color standard. If the connected
source has an sRGB mode, set bot the projector and the connected
signal source to sRGB.
Brightness is emphasized. For presentation in bright rooms.
Images are modulated using their original tints, with no color
enhancement.
For presentations in dark rooms.
Movie images are optimized using natural tints.
Brightness is emphasized. Ideal for playing video games in bright
rooms.
