6.5 Interface Troubleshooting
When an interface error occurs on the printer, check with the check list related to that interface.

USB Interface

Check that the USB cable is connected correctly.

Check that the cable is not damaged.

Check the configuration of the printer.
Check the setting of the USB interface through the INTERFACE MODE menu.

If there are multiple USB ports on the computer, connect to another port.

Disconnect other USB devices from the computer.

Power on the printer and computer again.

Install the USB driver again.

LAN Ethernet Interface

Check that the LAN cable is connected correctly.

Check that the allocated IP address is accessible by PING.

Check that the power of the HUB is on.

Check that the HUB is not defective.

Bluetooth Interface (Optional)

Check that the Bluetooth function is on.

Check that the devices using the same frequency band, such as wireless LAN enabled devices or
microwaves are not in use.

Check that there is no obstacle such as a metal rack between the printer and the host.

Power on the printer and computer again.
