Note: If your phone is set for Call Forwarding-No Answer or Busy (such as to voice
mail), only calls from other extensions will be blocked. External calls will still ring
through to your extension before being forwarded to voice mail. Permanent call
forwarding is determined through system programming.
To turn DND on
1. Pick up the handset or press the ON/OFF key.
2. Do one of the following:

Enter the DND Set code (default = 720).

b. Dial the extension number.
3. Replace the handset or press the ON/OFF key.
To cancel DND

a. Enter the Cancel DND Set by Other Phone code
For another extension
(default = 750).
b. Dial the extension number.
3. Replace the handset or press the ON/OFF key.

USING ABSENCE MESSAGES

Absence messages appear on the display of any internal caller who calls your
extension.
