Load the paper cassette.

Making sure the outer cover is open, insert the paper
cassetteallthewayintothecompartment.

Plug the adapter cord into SELPHY.
z z InserttheadapterplugfullyintothepowerinletonSELPHY.

Connect the power cord.

z z Connect the power cord to the compact power adapter, and
thenplugtheotherendintoapoweroutlet.

Turn on SELPHY.

Press the <q>buttonuntilthescreenatleftisdisplayed.
z z ToturnoffSELPHY,holdthe<q>buttonagainuntilthe
screenchanges.

Raise the screen (LCD monitor).

Neverforcethescreenupmorethan45°,whichmaydamage
theprinterorcausemalfunction.

Access the setting screen.
z z Press the <k>button.
