Front Doors

Unlock/Lock with Mechanical
Key
Insert the mechanical key into the lock
hole and turn it.
Unlock: turn the key clockwise
Lock up: turn the key anticlockwise

Unlock/Lock with Electronic
Smart Key
When you enter the active region with
a registered smart key, you can lock /
unlock all doors without using the
mechanical key. For information on
the active region, refer to "Keyless
Entry and Start System" in this
chapter.
Lock Up
Press the Lockup button on the outer
door handle slowly and firmly. All side
doors and the rear door are locked at
the same time, with the turn signal
lights flashing once.
In the following cases the doors
cannot be locked by pressing the
Lockup switch.
One of the doors is not closed.
Press the Lockup button while
opening/closing any door.
The ignition switch is at ACC or
ON.
