8 Troubleshooting

Is fuse (EF1 or EF2)
of outdoor unit normal?
Yes
Remove the connector CN6 on
PCB1. Power source ON
Is LED2 (green) on
OU PCB1 flashing?
Yes
Reconnect the connector CN6 on
OU PCB1
Is LED2 (green) on
OU PCB1 flashing?
Yes
Does flashing speed
become faster than before?
Yes
Normal IPM.
Check the electrical wiring again.
Is LED2 (green) on
OU PCB1 flashing?
Yes
Does flashing speed
become faster than before?
Yes
Normal Inverter PCB.
Faulty fan motor.
N O T E
Surely perform the troubleshooting of DC fan motor according to section
fan motor fails, the normal inverter PCB may be damaged.
