Meet the DL100 or DL200 Letter Opener

Parts and Locations

The DL100 or DL200 Letter Opener automatically opens a stack of envelopes by cutting a thin paper strip off of the top of each envelope. The
DL100 or DL200 then stacks the envelopes, and separates the paper strips into the waste area on the stacker tray.
Control Panel (DL200 Only)
Use the control panel buttons
to access letter opener menus.
Pressure Paddle
Use the pressure paddle to
assist with feeding a stack of
envelopes.
Feed Ramp (DL200 Only)
The feed ramp adds a gentle
slope to the stack of envelopes
to help feeding.
Feed Deck
Where you stack the envelopes for opening.

Transport Cover
Open to clear jams, if necessary.
Cut Depth Adjustment Knob
Use cut depth adjustment knob to set
the size of the cut (thin or thick) into the
envelope.
DL200 Only: Use the knob to set
the letter opener to count envelopes
without opening them.
Waste Area
Paper strips are deposited in this compartment on
the stacker tray.
Stacker Tray
Opened envelopes
are deposited in the
stacker tray.
Power Button
Powers the letter opener on and off.
LED lights indicate operational status.
