Outside of Sale Functions

Time Display

Press or touch the X/TIME key. The date, time, current operator, software version and PLU capacity

display. Press or touch Close to exit.

Received on Account

1. Press or touch the RECD ACCT key.
Note: After pressing or touching RECD ACCT, you must go directly to media functions, any other
key will cause and error.
2. Enter media received:
Enter cash received, press or touch CASH
Enter checks received, press or touch CHECK
Enter miscellaneous tenders received, press or touch the appropriate key
3. The transaction detail area of the screen keeps a running total of media received. Press or touch
DONE to finalize.

Paid Out

1. Press or touch the PAID OUT key.
Note: After pressing or touching PAID OUT, you must go directly to media functions, any other key
will cause and error.
2. Enter media paid out:
Enter cash paid out, press or touch CASH
Enter checks paid out, press or touch CHECK
Enter miscellaneous tenders paid out, press or touch the appropriate key
3. The transaction detail area of the screen keeps a running total of media paid out. Press or touch
DONE to finalize.
