System lock
Deactivating the system lock
The system lock prevents the appliance being switched on
unintentionally, by children for example.
It is deactivated as standard. To use this function, the
relevant factory default setting needs to be changed (see
"Settings").
If the system lock has been activated, the $ symbol will
appear in the display when you switch the appliance on.
^ Switch on the appliance.
A message will appear in the display.
^ Touch "OK" until the message goes out.
You can then use the appliance as normal.
The system lock is activated automatically a few seconds
after the appliance has been switched off.
