Before use
Before the blender is taken into use for the first time, please read the instruction
manual thoroughly and keep it for future use.
Rinse container, lid, and stopper in hot water with added mild detergent before
use. The blade at the bottom of the glass jug is very sharp and needs to be han-
dled with great care. The blade can be detached from the blade holder for sepa-
rate cleaning. Turn the glass jug carefully from the assembly ring, lift the blade
part carefully, and remove the rubber gasket. Blade, assembly ring, and gasket
can now be rinsed carefully.
How to use the blender
The blender can be used for blending, chopping, mashing, and mixing e.g. milk
shakes, baby food, soups, and sauces. The blender also crushes ice for e.g. drinks.
Assemble the blender by first placing the rubber ring over the blade (fig. 1), then
place the blade with the rubber ring inside the assembly ring (fig. 2). Place the
glass jug over blade and assembly ring and turn clockwise until the jug is firmly
attached (fig. 3). Make sure that the glass jug is properly attached, and the blend-
er is ready for use.
