When crushing ice, do not process larger amounts at a time. It is recommended
to start with a maximum of 5-8 ice cubes. Pour a few tablespoons of water into
the container before activating the blender. Use the 'Pulse' setting until the de-
sired result is reached.
Cleaning and maintenance
Container, lid, and stopper are rinsed in hot water with added mild detergent.
Wipe all parts thoroughly dry before storing the blender. The parts are not
dishwasher safe. Do not use scouring powder or other abrasive cleaners which
may scratch or dull the surface. Any hardened residue is removed after a brief
soak with a mild detergent and a soft brush.
Use a moist cloth for cleaning the motor base. Allow the motor base to dry thor-
oughly before the blender is used again or stored away.
IMPORTANT: THE MOTOR BASE MUST NEVER BE SUBMERGED IN ANY TYPE
OF LIQUID!!
Disposal of the appliance
Legislation requires that all electrical and electronic equipment must be
collected for reuse and recycling. Electrical and electronic equipment marked
with the symbol indicating separate collection of such equipment must be
returned to a municipal waste collection point.
Warranty
Claim according to valid law. Machine stamped receipt shall be enclosed if one
wishes to make a complaint. The appliance shall be returned to the store where
it was purchased.
