Loading and setting cut sheet media

This section explains how to load and set cut sheet media.
NOTE
The following sizes of cut sheet media can be used with this printer.
• Media width: Minimum 420mm
Follow the procedure below to set the cut sheet media.
NOTE
• When roll media is already set, wind it back, and then set the cut sheet media.
• If the ink gutter covers have been removed, reinstall them.
1. Turn the printer ON.
CAUTION
• Do not operate the media loading lever during initial operation. The carriage
portion may touch the pressurizing roller portion, and it causes a malfunction.
• The printer starts the initializing operation.
• "Paper End" is displayed on the operation panel.
2. From the Setup menu display, display the "Media Set" menu.
