Before beginning installation, please thoroughly read and become familiar with these instructions. Installation and
service must be completed by a qualified installer. Failure to properly install this product may void the warranty.
Please be advised that the Trade-Wind
that does not have a roof over the Range Hood to protect it from direct rain or potential water ingress. This Hood
should be installed with a MINIMUM of three (3) feet of weather proof roof coverage on all sides that are not
protected from direct rain by an adjacent wall.
It is required that all duct work and roof openings be thoroughly sealed with the applicable tape and/or roof sealant
to prevent ingress of water.

b) Before servicing or cleaning unit, switch power off at service panel and lock service panel and lock the service
disconnection means to prevent power from being switch on accidentally. When the service disconnecting means
cannot be locked, securely fasten a prominent warning device, such as a tag to the service panel.

    Some TRADE-WIND ® 7200 Series Range Hoods are for wall mounting only. For safe and secure wall mounting, the TRADE-WIND ® Hood should be mounted to a solid vertical surface of sufficient width to allow for mounting of the Hood. The horizontal surface should extend from a vertical plane to the point directly in front of the exhaust roof cap (or wall cap).

    This Hood requires a 120 Volt, 60 Hertz electrical supply of an individual properly grounded branch circuit protected by a 15 or 20 Amp circuit breaker. TRADE-WIND ® 7200 Series Range Hood is supplied with a 6.0 Amp three speed fan control.

This allows for custom applications for mounting. The hood should be attached to the framing through the top and back, whenever possible.
