10.4.3 Reassembling the boiler

1. Remove the air inlet flue on the venturi.
2. Loosen the gland on the gas valve unit.
3. Remove the plug from the fan.
4. Remove the plug from the gas valve unit.
5. Dismantle the fan.
6. Remove the fan together with the mixing elbow unit.
7. Inspect the non-return valve and replace it in the event of a defect or
damage, or if the maintenance kit contains a non-return valve.
8. Reassemble in the reverse order.
1. Fit all removed parts in the reverse order.
Caution
During inspection and maintenance operations, always replace all
gaskets on the parts removed.
2. Fill the siphon with water.
3. Put the siphon back in place.
4. Carefully open the water tap.
5. Fill the installation with water.
6. Vent the installation.
7. Top up with more water if necessary.
8. Check the tightness of the gas and water connections.
9. Put the boiler back into operation.
