    ASSEMBLY STEPS 1. PREPARATION • Before assembling make sure that you will have enough space around the item. • Use the supplied parts and hardware for the assembly. • Before assembling, please check whether all the required parts have been supplied as per the exploded drawing on the opposite page.
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 2 STEP 2: SEAT CUSHION AND SEAT POST ASSEMBLY Remove 3 Locknuts (M8) (42) and 3 Washers (Ø8) (38) from underneath the Seat Cushion (DD-982AT) (27). Attach the Seat Cushion (DD-982AT) (27) onto the triangle plate of the Seat Post (25) with 3 Locknuts (M8) (42) and 3 Washers (Ø8) (38) that were previously removed.
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 3 STEP 3: HANDLEBAR POST ASSEMBLY Remove 4 Bolts (M8 x 15 S6) (24) and 4 Curved Washers (Ø20 x Ø8 x 1.5) (37) from the tube of the Main Frame (1). Connect the Sensor Wire (L = 450 mm) (26) in the Main Frame (1) to the Middle Section Sensor Wire (L = 800) (59) which is in the Handlebar Post (Ø50 x 1.5) (3).
  • Page 13 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 4 STEP 4: HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY Remove 2 Bolts (M8 x 15 S6) (24) and 2 Curved Washers (Ø16 x Ø8 x 1.5) (64) from the Handlebar Post (Ø50 x 1.5) (3). Insert the Hand Pulse Sensor with Wire (L = 750 mm) (53) into the hole on the Handlebar Post (Ø50 x 1.5) (3) and then pull them out the top end of the Handlebar Post (Ø50 x 1.5) (3).

    EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS Using your Trojan Shape 210 Stationary Cycle, provides you with several benefits, it will improve your physical fitness, tone muscle and in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet, help you lose weight. THE WARM UP PHASE This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly. It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury.

    MUSCLE TONING To tone muscle while on your Trojan Shape 210 Stationary Cycle you will need to have the resistance set quite high. This will put more strain on your leg muscles and may mean you cannot train for as long as you would like.

MUSCLE CHART The exercise routine that is performed on the Trojan Shape 210 Stationary Cycle will develop the lower body muscle group as well as condition the circulatory system and provide a good aerobic workout.     CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment, a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next 6 to 8 weeks.
