ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 3: HANdLEbAR ANd HANdLEbAR POST Slide the Handlebar Post (17) into the handlebar post housing on the Main Frame (16). You will have to slacken the knurled section of the Spring Adjustment Knob (7) and pull the knob back select and align the holes for the desired height.

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 5: AdJUSTING THE TENSION Increasing or decreasing the tension allows you to add variety to your workout sessions by adjusting the resistance level of the bike. SEAT ADJUSTMENT SEAT AdJUSTMENT (UP ANd dOWN) To adjust the seat height, slacken the spring knob on the vertical post stem on the main frame and pull back the knob. Position the vertical seat post for the desired height so that holes are aligned, then release the knob and retighten it.
CONSOLE FUNCTIONS fUNCTION bUTTON MOdE/RESET: Push down to select functions. Push down and hold for 3 seconds to reset Time, Distance and Calories. fUNCTIONS ANd OPERATIONS: SCAN: Press MODE button until “ ” appears in the SCAN position. The monitor will rotate through the following functions: Time, Speed, Distance and Calorie.
SPINNING BIkE SET-UP SPINNING bIkE SET -UP • Stand next to the Spinning bike’s seat (also known as the saddle). The seat height should be about level with your hips when you are standing next to it. • Turn the seat-height adjustment knob counter-clockwise. Pull the handle out to release the pin from the hole so you can adjust the seat height.
MAINTENANCE CLEANING The Trojan X Fit 300 Spinning Bike can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the Trojan X Fit 300 Spinning Bike after each use.
Trojan X fIT 300 SPINNING bIkE The exercise routine that is performed on the Trojan X Fit 300 Spinning Bike will develop the lower body muscle group as well as condition the circulatory system and provide a good aerobic workout. These muscle groups are highlighted on the muscle chart below.
CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment, a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next six to eight weeks.
WARM UP & COOL DOWN WORkOUT GUIdELINES Each workout should include the following three parts: A warm-up: 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercise. A proper warm-up increases your body temperature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. Training zone exercise: 20 to 30 minutes of exercising with your heart rate in your training zone. (Note: During the first few weeks of your exercise program, do not keep your heart rate in your training zone for longer than 20 minutes).
