INSPECTION • Do not use or permit use of any equipment that is damaged, or has worn or broken parts. For all Trojan equipment use only replacement parts supplied by Trojan. • Always make sure that all nuts and bolts are tightened prior to each use.

HARDWARE & TOOLS LIST INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY Before you start to assemble, please check the hardware packaging to make sure all parts are included. Basic tools, such as spanners and Allen keys will be provided for assembly. 6. Screw Handle 7.
ASSEMBLY PREPARATION Before assembling make sure that you will have enough space around the item. Use the supplied parts and hardware for the assembly. Before assembling please check whether all the required parts have been supplied as per the exploded drawing on the opposite page.

ASSEMBLY STEP 3: STEP 3 Attach the Front plastic cover (44) to the Support tube (15). Connect the Middle line sensor (14) & Sensor induction line (19) as shown. Attach the support tube (15) to the Main frame (48) using Bolt (17) and Washer (16). STEP 4: STEP 4 Connect the sensor as shown.
CONSOLE FUNCTIONS KEY FUNCTIONS UP (ENCODER): Press UP Key to increase value. Press and hold the key to increase value faster. TIME setting range: 00:00~99:00 (Each increment is 1:00). CAL setting range: 0~9990 (Each increment is 10). DIST setting range: 0.00~99.50 (Each increment is 0.5). PULSE setting range: 0-30~230 (Each increment is 1). DOWN (ENCODER): Press DOWN Key to decrease value.

CONSOLE FUNCTIONS OPERATION PROCEDURE POWER ON LCD will display all segments. AUTO ON/OFF The system turns on when any key is pressed or when it senses an input from the speed sensor. The system turns off automatically when the speed has no signal input or when no key has been pressed for approximately 4 minutes.
Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. MUSCLE CHART The exercise routine that is performed when using Trojan Omega 400 Stationary Bike will develop the whole body muscle as well as condition the circulatory system and provide a good aerobic workout. These muscle groups are highlighted on the muscle chart below.
CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment; a few minutes per workout Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, longer.
WARM UP & COOL DOWN WORKOUT GUIDELINES Each workout should include the following 3 parts: 1. A WARM-UP: 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercise. A proper warm-up increases your body temperature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. 2.
CLEANING The Trojan Omega 400 Stationary Bike can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off The Trojan Omega 400 Stationary Bike after each use. Be careful not to get excessive moisture on the Console display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail.
