"1 2", "Left" Page Margin setting, "Left Bind", "Booklet"
Recommended zoom ratio when a Booklet setting is selected (×0.647)
0 When the "Fold & Staple" setting is selected, the "Group", "Offset",
"Face Up", Staple and Punch settings are not available.
