4 2.3 Bleeding the fuel system
A, ompletely bled fuel system is impera-
t1v11 lor the perfect operat ion of the engine.

ho hied manually.
Actuate the primer pump until the overflow
valve on the injection pump opens (rattling
noise). To operate the primer pump, re-
lease the handle first (by turning it coun-
ter-clockw ise). Always screw in again after
use.
