Usenewscrewscoatedwiththreadlockorapplyaliquidthreadlocktotheexistingscrews.

4.6.1 Setting the caster wheel journal angle

Loosenthelockingscrew(Fig.58,itemA)andmovethecasterwheeljournaluntilitisperpen-
dicular.Usethelevelprovided.

4.6.2 Replacing the caster journal bearings

Afterlooseningandremovingthescrewconnection(Fig.58,itemA)thecasterjournalbearing
canberemovedfromtheframe.
Forassembly,pleaseproceedinreverseorder.Usenew,self-lockingnuts.

4.6.3 Replacing / Setting the caster fork

Afterlooseningandremovingthetwoscrewconnectionsthecompletecomponentgroupcan
beremovedfromtheframe(Fig.59).
Forassembly,pleaseproceedinreverseorder.Usenew,self-lockingnuts.Tightenthescrew
connectionwithatorqueof23 nm.
Toadjusttheanteriorseatheight,alsoloosenthescrewconnectionasshown(Fig.59)and
changethepositionofthespacersleeve.
