Questions and answers
Hi, could i pick up my colleague's phone on my phone? sometimes my colleague can't pick up his phone when he is busy. Can i pick up the phone on my phone for him? Thanks
Yes, if the Polycom VVX 300 phone shares a line with a colleague's phone, it can be used to answer calls for that phone. All phones sharing the line will ring for an incoming call, and the call can be answered on any of them.
