Polycom VVX 300 and 310 Business Media Phones User's Guide
You can do the following in the call entry details window:
 Press Dial to call the contact.
You can also press the right arrow key on your phone to automatically call the contact.
 Press Back to return to the Recent Calls list.
 Press Edit to change the phone number of the contact before you dial the number.
 Press Delete to remove the entry from the call list.

Managing Your Contact Directory

You can store a large number of contacts in your phone's local Contact Directory, as shown below.
Contact your system administrator for the maximum number of contacts you can store in the Contact
Directory.

From your local Contact Directory, you can do the following:
 View contact information.
 Search for contacts.
 Dial contacts.
 Add contacts.
 Update contact information.
 Delete contacts.
Note: Accessing a Corporate Directory
A Corporate Directory is available on your phone, if configured by your system administrator. If you
have access to a Corporate Directory, you can dial people in the Corporate Directory, as well as
save them to your local Contact Directory. For more information, see
Directory.
To view your Contact Directory:
» From Home view, select Directories > Contact Directory.
The Contact Directory displays.
