When the appliance operates, the
cooling fan activates automatically to
keep the surfaces of the appliance cool.

To keep cooked food warm.
To make Hollandaise sauce, and
to melt butter, chocolate and
gelatine.
To solidify fluffy omelettes and
baked eggs.
To simmer rice and milk-based
dishes, and to heat up ready-
cooked meals.
To steam vegetables, fish and
meat.
To steam potatoes.
To cook larger quantities of
food, stews and soups.
To lightly fry escalopes, veal cor-
don bleu, cutlets, rissoles, saus-
ages, liver, eggs, pancakes and
doughnuts, and to cook roux.
To fry hash browns, loin steaks
and steaks.
To boil large quantities of water, to cook pasta, to sear meat (goulash, pot
roast) and to deep-fry chips.
If you deactivate the appliance, the
cooling fan can continue to operate until
the appliance cools down.
