D service - 8,000 and 24,000 hours
Check EMS logged events and record
Check EMS logged diagnostic codes, record and rectify
Clean the filter gauze for the piston cooling jet oil gallery
Equalise bridge pieces and set valve clearances
Check valve and seat recession
Check and clean spark plugs, reset gap
Breather element - renew
Air filter - renew (subject to environmental conditions)
Charge cooler - clean and fit new gasket
Test sensors and protection systems annually
Check coolant anti-freeze/inhibitor strength annually
Calibrate oxygen sensor, renew if necessary
Calibrate turbine inlet temperature interface module
Check emissions (adjust if required)
Magnetic pick-ups - clean and adjust
Check and calibrate ignition timing
E service - 10,000, 14,000, 26,000 and 30,000 hours
Check EMS logged events and record
Check EMS logged diagnostic codes, record and rectify
Equalise bridge pieces and set valve clearances
Check valve and seat recession
Check and clean spark plugs, reset gap
Breather element - renew
