When you select Backup, the following screen displays.

You can specify a database maintenance schedule.
Disables maintenance on the database.
Performs database maintenance every day.
Performs database maintenance every week. Click the down-
arrow on the right side to open a drop-down list and select the
day of the week for maintenance.
Performs database maintenance every month. Click the down-
arrow on the right side to open a drop-down list and select the
day of the month for maintenance.
Sets the schedule for backup.
Executes the backup immediately.
Displays the backup files. Each file is named
DBYYYYMMDD.mdb, where YYYY=year, MM=month,
DD=day.
Deletes the backup file.
