In order to receive the SNMP Trap, set the IP and MAC address for the machine where
the Management Proxy is installed on the LAN Alerting Configuration screen. The
Management Proxy needs to be installed on a machine other than the machine where
the Agent is installed. The received SNMP Trap can be reviewed on the Error Log
screen. Additionally, if an e-mail or Alert Message was setup, you can receive a report
when the Management Proxy receives a SNMP Trap.

Configuration screen

This screen allows you to set the Automatic Server Restart and Front Panel Indicators.
When you click Configuration, the following screen displays.
On this screen, you can enable or disable Automatic Server Restart to automatically
reboot the server if the server fails to respond within a specified period.

Disables the destination setting.
Enables the destination setting.
Specifies the SNMP trap destination IP address.
Specifies the SNMP trap destination MAC IP address.
Select this option when the SNMP trap reports using the
Default Gateway.
Select this option when the SNMP trap reports using the
Backup Gateway.
Saves the settings.
Select this radio button to disable Automatic Server Restart.
Select this radio button to enable Automatic Server Restart.
Specify the time-out period in this edit box, in minutes.
A number from 2 to 3600 can be specified.
Saves the settings.
