22.3.45 No more user picture when calling a remote 8082 set

Symptom : No more Picture when calling a 8082 sets.
Diagnosis : Multiple directory are used on the system. Since the last OTBE upgrade we don't have anymore
the remote user picture during a call. Synchronisation has been made between teamwork contacts and the
one's from the 8082 sets. The contact, recorded in the 8082 set, has no picture and the set uses it to display
the called user id, then no pictures is seen.
Solution : Delete the user and recreate the contact with the photo, we have the picture.
After making the SyncUI on the UDAS (The directory Merge) and deleting the old contacts on the sets, the
photo is displayed on each call.

22.3.46 MyIC Phone register to Oxe for survivability get SIP 503

Symptom : when the set send a register to Oxe for survivability the answer is 503
Solution : in Oxe / external SIP Gateway for Open Touch define the 2 DNS

22.3.47 Local call to MyIC Phone in survy mode does not work

Symptom : MyIC Phone call an other MyIC phone when in survy mode, the secand phone does not ring
Solution : in Oxe SIP proxy configuration set "TCP when long message" = FALSE
Check the default mode in the oxe definition of the 8770/Open Touch configuration / System Services
/Topology / OXE Callservers / OXE network / OXE subnetwork / Physical server / Call server / the_oxe_node
: transport mode : UDP

22.3.48 MyIC Phone in survy mode register get SIP 487

Symptom : MyIC Phone in survy mode register get SIP 487 loop detected
Solution : Modification of the SIP proxy
