1.3 Software Map
PERFORMANCE MODE is always running while the MFC-101 is used normally as a MIDI foot controller. Depending
on the desired function, it may be placed into one of three "Operating Modes": PRESET, SONG or SET MODE.
AXE-FX MODE may be switched ON or OFF "on top" of the above modes to provide enhanced Axe-Fx control.
EDIT MODE is separate from PERFORMANCE MODE and is used to access to the MENUS which are used to
configure the MFC-101. These menus are numbered 1 –5 below for the footswitches which access them.
Each menu contains a number of PAGES (listed below in columns). Each page has one or more parameters detailed
throughout this manual.
