Problem
Validator will not take notes:
Validator runs slowly or
intermittently:
Notes pass through

Check:
Is the Bezel Illuminated?
Is the jumper cable connected from
the top to the bottom of the
validator?
Make sure there are no foreign
objects in the note path
Check voltage level of supply
Check for damage
Ensure there is no grease on drive
belts

programmed for this note.
Check the security setting
Is cash box fitted?
Is cash box damaged

Solution
Check power supply,
Check interface system
Test cable
Clean the note path

Replace Path components
