To clear this type of jam you will need to disconnect the power and then remove the NV200 head. Once you remove the head as explained in the picture below check to see if the note is protruding from the TEBS cashbox. This means the note hasn’t been driven down into the cashbox, this jam can be cleared by winding the drive gears on the left of the unit and slowly pulling the note out.
