Changing the serial interface to RS485 mode

The serial interface of the TTX 350 can be
operated alternatively in either RS232 or in
RS485/422 mode. This can be changed by
means of two jumpers on the mainboard. The
factory setting of the interface is RS232 mode.
To change modes, please proceed as follows:

Printers with periphery set-up
1. Remove the peripheral board.

2. Position the two jumpers (1, 2) as shown
in the diagrams on the right.
Centre diagram: Setting for RS232.
Diagram below: Setting for RS485/422
Printers without periphery set-up
1. Detach back cover.

2. Continue from item 2 of the description
