Before opening the housing, switch off the device and disconnect the mains plug. If this is not done, there is a danger of an accident due to dangerous contact voltages.

Unscrew the earth cable (1) of the cutter connection from the floor of the housing (hexagon socket). 3. Disconnect the three plug connections of the earth connection from the peripheral board.

The strain relief has the purpose of compensating the jolting material movements which can occur if large speed increases or decreases (braking) in the material feeding rate occur.

    General Service TTX 350 Changing the serial interface to RS485 mode The serial interface of the TTX 350 can be operated alternatively in either RS232 or in RS485/422 mode. This can be changed by means of two jumpers on the mainboard. The factory setting of the interface is RS232 mode.

    TTX 350 Installing a real-time clock Optionally, a real-time clock (1) (order no. 97951) is available for the TTX 350/OCELOT. Special Easy Plug commands are provided for reading the clock (e.g. #YC real-time as a text, #YS real-time as a barcode).
