CPU board

The CPU board is the controlling printed
circuit board of the device. It contains among
other things:
– the processor,
– the memory,
– the interface electronics,
– the display connection and
– the slots for plug-in cards.
Demounting / mounting
1. Detach back cover.
Regarding this point, see the section
"Housing".
2. Disconnect all cables of the CPU board.
3. Loosen the two screws (1) on the
reverse side of the printer.
4. Loosen two screws (2) on the heat sink
of the printed circuit board and two
screws (3) directly on the printed circuit
board.
5. Remove the printed circuit board in an
upward direction from the printer (4).
When mounting the new printed circuit
board, screw the ground cable (5) back
onto the heat sink.
