Fit the second ash cover onto the bottom of the boiler convective wall
Figure 7.2.2 The ash cover is put in place (which covers the aperture for cleaning the
ash between the secondary and tertiary duct of the heat exchanger combustion gases).
EXPLANATION: the correct installation of the ash cover is absolutely vital, since the correct position
permits the efficient and appropriate functioning of the boiler. This is why after positioning and levelling the
boiler, the position of the ash cover must be checked and inspected, as well as after any ash removal
process from the internal surfaces of the heat exchanger.

Installing the combustion gas duct cover

CAUTION this cover is thermally charged, which is why it is symmetrical. We recommend you turn it
regularly (for instance, turning it over after a period of boiler operation of two to three weeks).
