Normal recording using the current camera setup.
Half-pressing the front shutter button immediately
shoots a snapshot without adjusting focus, so
there is less time lag between shutter button
operation and shooting than there is when using
the top shutter button. If you want to focus (with
AF) before shooting, half-press the top shutter
button to focus. Next, press the front shutter button
to shoot.
This front shutter operation can be used for
shooting single snapshots only.
Image recording 10 seconds after the front shutter
button is pressed.
Image recording 2 seconds after the front shutter
button is pressed.
Shoots at the speed specified by the "High Speed
CS fps" setting (up to 30 fps) of the "CS" setting
(page 68). This item is available only when the
recording mode is Program Auto and High Speed
CS is "Off".
• A value showing the current CS speed (fps) will
be displayed next to the icon.
No recording.
