Initial settings

The initial settings (settings on the panel and the connected device) are customized and/or
reset to the default factory settings. If any of the initial settings is changed, turn off the
power to the Scanner. Then, turn it on, and the initial settings have been changed
accordingly.
Select [Initial] on the main Utility

screen. The initial setting screen
appears.
Select the desired item. The specified

menu name is highlighted.
Select [Previous] to return to the
main Utility screen.
Select [Pnl set] to check and make

the current settings the default
settings for the current and
subsequent operations.
Select [Set cfm] to check the current
settings.
Select [Previous] to return to the
previous screen.
Select [OK] to define the current
settings as the default settings for the
current and subsequent operations.
