2. CLUTCH & BRAKE
Situation
The clutch slips or
cannot be
disconnected
The brake does not
work or works on
one side.
The brake pedal
squeaks and does
not return well

3. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

Situation
The work unit
cannot be lifted
The work unit
cannot be lowed.
Inspection item
Is the extent of free play of the
clutch pedal proper?
Is the extent of free play of the
brake pedal proper?
Is the brake pedal return spring
damaged?
Is each part well greased?
Inspection item
Is the hydraulic stop/slow return
valve put to "Close"?
Is the transmission fluid level low?
Is the air taken in the intake pipe
system?
Is the oil filter clogged?
Is the hydraulic pump out of order? Contact the dealer for repair.
Is the control valve dusty or is the
O-ring damaged?
Is the cylinder damaged?
Is the hydraulic stop/slow return
valve put to "Close"?
Is the control valve dusty or stuck
with foreign substance?
Is the cylinder damaged?
Is the position control lever on the
shallowest position?

Solution
Adjust the free play of the pedal
Adjust the free play of the pedal
Replace the spring
Remove the rust and apply grease.
Solution
Put the hydraulic stop/slow return
valve to "Open."
Refill the transmission fluid.
Tighten the filter case or connection
parts. Replace the pipe or O-ring if
damaged.
Clean or replace it.
Contact the dealer for repair.
