Enables Front LED indicators.

Barcode Reader is enabled. Reading will need to
be triggered manually thru Fn button.

RFID Reader is enabled. Reading will occur
without trigger.
RFID Reader is disabled.
When clicked, the RFID Settings Dialog box will
come up
No RFID settings dialog will not come up.
Expansion Port 5V Power is enabled.
