Possible cause
– The drain is blocked.
– The drain hose is too
high.
The water intake/inlet is
blocked.
The drum light is not
locked in position.
There is a fault.
Solution*
– Clean the drain filter and
the drain pump.
– The maximum drain
pump height is 3 ft (1 m).
Possible fault
– the water valve is
closed.
– the inlet hose is kinked.
– the filters are blocked.
Check that the drum light is
correctly fitted.
Start the program again.
If the fault message
appears again call Miele's
Technical Service
Department.
