Tips
When you have written a front word, click Look up to list translations for that word. Select
a translation for the back.
To find words you have previously looked up, click Recent translations for a list to select
from.
Edit/Delete a Card
- Mark the card in the Flashcards column and edit it in the right-hand Flashcard column.
- Mark the card in the Flashcards column and click Delete.
Delete a Stack
- Mark the stack in the Flashcard stacks column and click Delete.
Play Flashcards
1. Click Learn _ Play flashcard, and select one of the exercises (see descriptions below).
2. Select flashcard stack in the Flashcard stack drop-down menu.
3. Click Play to start.
Tips
Tick Reverse cards before you click Play, to reverse the front and the back of the cards.
The Different Learning Exercises
1. With Rehearse you go through all the cards in the stack, front and back, presented
simultaneously, for rehearsal.
2. With Multiple pairs you pair five card fronts with five card backs.
Mark the front and the back that belong together. If correct, the pair disappears from
the screen.
Repeat for the other front-back pairs.
3. With Multiple targets you get one card front with a question and five card backs with
answers to choose from.
Click on the card back that is the answer to the card front. If correct, the pair disappears
from the screen and another one-plus-five cards are shown.
4. With QnA (Question-and-Answer) you practise by turning one card at a time.
Answer the question on the card (to yourself).
